Shyam is a Barrister specialising in Commercial and Employment Law. To Shyam, Ashiana is family. His week does not feel complete if he is not seen our Service Users and carers. Shyam is honoured to be a part of their lives and to help each service user and unlock their potential.

Yogesh is an IT Consultant. He is one of the Founding Trustees of Ashiana, a Councillor and Deputy Mayor of Harrow. Ashiana has taught Yogesh to learn about aspects of life he had not appreciated. Our Service Users have taught him how to give back to the community.

Arvind is a Social Worker and one of our Founding Trustees. Arvind has a daughter with Learning Difficulties and is one of the inspirations behind Ashiana. For Arvind, Ashiana means to empower and engage people with Learning Difficulties and to assist them with integrating into the wider community. ​

Haresh Trivedi

Haresh is a retired Telecoms Manager and one of our Founding Trustees. Haresh has a daughter with Cerebral Palsy, who is another inspiration behind Ashiana. Ashiana to Haresh literally means the WORLD, all are Welcome, Ashiana is Open, Rewarding, full of Love & Laughter and Dedicated.

Yash is a Chartered Accountant and another of our Founding Trustees. For Yash, Ashiana is simply his second family. He is dedicated to Ashiana and its success and has been instrumental in the Charity's growth over the years.

Bharat is a retired Solicitor and now a full-time grandad. Ashiana for Bharat is the home of freindship and togetherness. Bharat brings an abundance of experience working in the charity sector both nationally and internationally. he brings knowledge and expertise in fund raising and making connections.

Bharat is a business owner and a renowned Yoga Guru and teacher. Bharat has been our Yoga teacher for over 20 years and is seen as a mentor and teacher to everyone at Ashiana. To Bharat, Ashiana is one big family on a collective journey to break barrier and push boundaries.
