5. Recruitment & Training
All staff and volunteers undergo:

Safer recruitment (e.g., Enhanced DBS checks).

Ongoing safeguarding training (at induction and annually).​
6. Recognising Abuse
Staff must be alert to signs of:

Physical, emotional, sexual abuse, and neglect.
Training will cover indicators specific to those with learning difficulties.

Information is shared only when necessary to protect individuals and comply with legal obligations.
